We had the most knowledgeable tour guide. The time was well spent and well organized. It started on time, the guide was considerate of all participants and answered our questions.

Jason, our tour guide, was GREAT! He was energetic, entertaining, and passionate about the subject matter. I learned facts I had not heard before (Grover Cleveland’s swaying support for example), and my 15 year old girls really enjoyed it as well. Jason even secured the best photo spot, and took tons of pictures for all in our tour group. He went above and beyond!!

Tour guide James was fantastic, - he had great tips and kept us on time. He got us on the right side of the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty how the artist truly intended. Small details made he had nailed down made the whole tour great. Highly recommend the morning tour with James

Joe our guide was very informative. It was a really interesting tour. He had to cope with a much larger group than normal but he coped well.

The tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was an unforgettable experience! Our exceptional tour guide, Sean, was informative, engaging and humorous with his storytelling and captivating in his ability to bring history to life. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting! It was not just a walk through history but a heartfelt and memorable experience.

Our tour guide, Jay, was excellent. He provided great insights and context while managing the logistics well overall. The boat was problematic. The reality of security protocols is expected to, but being herded like cattle on and off the boat with staff expediting is by yelling “quickly, quickly, quickly” and “close the gap, move move move…” was far from pleasant. We were also disappointed that there was zero effort to hold seats for anyone with mobility issues on the boat, resulting in our mom and dad having to stand the entire time. For this reason, we will not be able to recommend this tour.
